A person reads every application. Tell us what you're building and what you need. Takes about five minutes.
Meluvia's founding cohort is for founders building something real who are stuck on access rather than ability. Got a product, a pilot, early customers, or a straight answer about how you get one? If the missing piece is the right introduction, this is aimed squarely at you.
Pre-seed through Series A is our sweet spot, though we welcome founders at any stage, including those still in the idea phase who are serious about building. Stage matters less than evidence: we're looking for signs that someone other than you has acted on what you've built. A signed pilot. A paying customer. A waiting list that actually opens the emails. All of it counts.
We're rooted in South Africa and our network spans more than twenty countries. You do not need to be based here to apply.
We don't take a success fee on money you raise. We don't promise outcomes either. We own the quality of an introduction. What happens in the room after that is between you and them. And we don't give investment advice, so diligence and decisions stay firmly with you.
Not a filter, not a scoring model. You'll hear back within three to five business days either way, including when the answer is no.
If it's a fit, we'll set up a brief call. The point is to work out what you actually need, because "we need funding" is rarely the whole answer and occasionally isn't the answer at all.
As relevant opportunities arise, we make introductions with context on both sides. No automated matching, no algorithm. Just people making deliberate introductions.
Two things make an application dramatically stronger. Both take minutes.
"Any investor" is not something anyone can act on. Know what kind of capital you need and why, and the introductions get sharper, because we can aim. Not sure which category you fall into? Our guide on angel investors versus VC sorts that out in about fifteen minutes.
Sometimes capital isn't the answer. One member came to us for investor introductions and left with a technical co-founder, because that was the real gap. That case study is here. Telling us what's genuinely in the way beats telling us what you think we want to hear.
Pricing is coming soon. Founding cohort members who join now will be first to know and will receive preferential terms when it launches.
Five minutes, give or take. Fields marked with a gold asterisk are required.
